It's almost impossible to get into this place if you work a 9-5. I've tried countless times and there's always something that happens to make it impossible. I once reserved a spot online and on my way there it cancelled my appointment as I pulled in the parking lot so it had to put me at the end of the line again which was an hour wait. If you go there during normal business hours you'll most likely see a paper sign saying they closed early due to staffing problems, such as today which is a Saturday and they're closed by 1 even though hours say differently online. The only reason I give 2 stars is the times I have been able to get a haircut there, they've done a great job. Wish I could get it cut there more often.

Arrived 10 minutes before they opened, so first customers there. As I was waiting, a man arrived, walked to the door where he was met by an employee. The two of them walked to her car where they smoked a cigarette. The two walked to the door, unlocked the door, and walked to a seat where she set him up for a haircut. Once the man was in the seat she unlocked the door and walked back inside (without letting us know if they were open or not). We opened the door, assuming they were now open. I walked in with my two children to find the man and employee talking negatively about transgender people. It was incredibly rude that this employee slid a friend in before customers that were already there. Not only that, she failed to communicate if we could enter the building or not. I would strongly recommend that you realize there are sensitive ears (children under the age of 5) in your presence, please be careful when speaking in such a negative manner about the transgender community.

Just left there at 1220 on 5/16/21 . Emily was fantastic. She offered things I never knew you could get while getting a hair cut. She was professional and the best stylist I've ever had. I will most definitely have her be the only person to cut my hair. I highly recommend this place. Was worth the 45 minutes of drive time to get there. Thank you very much!
