Patients appreciate the thorough care provided, with special mention of their understanding approach to children and individuals with special needs. Many families have found a dental home here, with patients expressing excitement about returning after positive visits. The team includes experienced staff members, such as Missy at the front desk who has been there for decades, and Dr. Katie, who is very personable, efficient, and always makes sure patients are comfortable. Lauren, the dental hygienist, performs thorough teeth cleanings. The office is responsive to emergencies, with staff providing immediate care. Merit Dental also accepts most insurance and offers new patient specials, making quality dental care accessible to everyone.
In spite of several changes over the past few years, the professionalism of the staff at Merit Dental has always been rock solid. I appreciate being met by Missy who’s been at the front desk for decades!
The current dentist is Katie, who is very personable and efficient!
Lauren has performed my teeth cleaning for the past year ; she does a thorough job. So yes I highly recommend Merit Dental.
I did not have an appointment, but had an emergency. I called, and without delay, I was seen immediately. The staff was awesome and the Dr. was great. Merit is my new dental place.!
Dr. Katie Dahlen is fantastic. She explains everything she is doing, makes sure you are comfortable & asks if you need a break when doing repair work. Always friendly and personable. The dental hygienist & front desk staff are pretty awesome also.
