Ended up here Friday evening after a freak accident leading my som to break his arm at Bdubs. We rushed in, my son screaming bloody murder & myself being totally unprepared, no ID, no insurance cards or anything. They got us to a room immediately and were only there a few moments before the xray tech came in. She was so gentle & patient with my son, who was in agony. His arm was very obviously broken even without seeing an xray. The physician came in & explained we were going to he transferred to childrens, where ultimately he ended up having surgery to place pins & cast his arm after an overnight stay. I care take my boyfriends father and took him here 2x just this week for emergency, EVERYONE from Michelle at the desk to the nurses Diana and Megan ,Melissa could not have treated him any better,Dr.Drury was so nice and made sure that we understood everything, EXCELLENT CARE.
I love my primary care physician, Dr. Jane Blinzler, however the nurse practitioner that saw me before Dr. B came in was so unnecessarily mean. I understand that you have to work a 12 hour shift but I don’t understand why you’re upset with me about not knowing certain things and how my possible conditions correlate with each other or get upset when I do not remember discussing a specific topic previously. Lori has never been very friendly every-time I come for a visit. I almost walked out of my visit today before I was seen by the doctor. I have also had issues regarding the seven hills Gyno.
