Phenomenal. 5 stars. I can not recommend Carr enough. I had a crisis and was without furnace or hot water due to low voltage. I called them at 8:30am, and they had all their technicians booked. Instead of having me make an appointment for the following day, the owner himself came all the way to Blue Ash equipped to fix exactly what I told him I needed. Unfortunately I am not an electrician (lol) and I was wrong, so we did have to make the appointment for the following morning. This morning, a pair of Carr Electric techs came over first thing and had me back on my feet in less than an hour. The fact that the owner came all the way out to see me the day of, and before I had to be at work no less, is incredible customer service. The two techs that came out this morning were incredibly nice and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with everything top to bottom. Great company ran by great people.
