West Side Animal Clinic is known for their caring and compassionate staff, led by Dr. Schroeder. The clinic has earned the loyalty of many with their exceptional care. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming, with quick appointments and a clean waiting room. They are skilled in handling skittish animals, like Chelsea the cat. The clinic has also demonstrated expertise in caring for larger breeds, such as Great Danes Xena and Athena. Pet owners highly recommend their services for the dedication and care they provide. They have cared for all kinds of pets, from the beginning to the end, always giving top-of-line care. The new facility is wonderful, and the staff treats animal patients very respectfully. Even in urgent situations, the staff takes their personal time to look at animals, making sure they are okay without unnecessary procedures. Despite higher prices, many find the care worth it, appreciating the kindness and professionalism of the team.

Our cat was in need of immediate attention and they took their personal time to look at him! I am so appreciative of them for making time for him. I was fully expecting he would have surgery or have to stay overnight but He was ok! Thank you, Westside Animal Clinic!
