Helpful as always even if they themselves can not help , you're not going to leave without other resources and or avenues to take . They certainly try and that's more than I can say for most . And they have [ in the past ] saved my butt ! I will always be grateful to them ?
We applied for winter help with fuel and was very thankful to receive the help and now I would like to give a huge shout out to Dawn she came to our house seen what she could have done to help us our furnace went out we called repair man and was told it had to be replaced when I called and told Dawn the furnace needs replaced not only did we have a new furnace but also hot water heater and winterize the house Speaking what a blessing Thank you all very much Self of Hamilton is wonderful
They help as long as it has funding and the ladies are awesome and u can tell the job is stressful, so be polite and help them have a great day cause no one likes to be stressed , irritated or have a Karen around.
