We hired Michael of Smart Move Inspections to inspect a home which we planned to purchase. Michael was very accommodating of our schedule and the seller's schedule. Mike far exceeded the recommendation I got from my real estate agent. His abundance of knowledge and communication of his findings was first rate. He doesn't miss any detail that reveals an issue to be resolved asap or closely monitor it or something that reflects a positive feature of the home.
