Stan is the best! We have an older Andersen patio door that had a busted lock. I texted Stan pictures and provided him with some measurements, and he was able to find the right parts and come over to replace the hardware. He tried the lower cost fix first (it worked!), which I really appreciate. The price was lower than I had expected and most of it was for the expensive equipment. I'd call him back for any other lock needs, in a heartbeat! Very communicative and wonderful to work with. Was also really skilled with our dog who was barking a lot; she ended up loving him by the end when she normally hates it when people come into the house!

I don't give a 5 star rating but this place has been around for probably my whole life and if they don't have the blank for the key they will at least try to make you a key out of one they do have and 90 percent of the time it works. They have always been great at what they do and inexpensive with their pricing. I hope they are around in another 50 plus years if I am. Use and support them they are well deserved of it.
