Furnace trouble early on a Sunday morning. Kenny sent Matt and he came before 8am and stayed until he found and fixed the problem. He will troubleshoot and repair and not give up until everything is right. Rouse customer for 16 years.

Fantastic customer service! Our a/c unit was running continuously, so I reached out to Rouse. Within a day after talking to Kenny he was able to come and fix the problem. Worked his butt off in this heat and now our a/c unit is running great!! Great prices too! Thanks a bunch Kenny!
