We have been a customer for many years and have always had quality service from Miami Heating. Every service person has been very professional and so pleasant to be around. Phil did our spring service today plus put on two surge protectors. He was so nice to be around. Thank you.
This is my second great experience but only first time leaving a review.
Both times, I was treated very well on the phone and an appointment was easy to make and they didn't make me wait, got to me same day or next day. (First was in December with an impending cold snap. Today is mid-June with 90+ temps in the forecast).
First time, they came for a furnace tune up and found a bad capacitor and replaced that while they were at it. Very courteous, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, got us up and running and we had a very toasty winter.
