I'm not sure why my experience was so different than others but while I was there ladies were confused and complaining about the prices and how she kept using the outdated term SHELLAC when customers would ask for gel polish that had like two ladies even apologize and leave. I came on a Saturday there were about 4 other customers. I asked for an ombre dip powder manicure and she basically told me straight up that she wouldn't do it for whatever reason. So I'm like okay, let me just get a pedicure. Mind you, they charge you for the pedicure AND the gelpolishing separately, so for example my total was 60 bucks even though the spa pedicure itself was 35. The lady who did my feet was awful, way too chatty and she cut my toes up with her haphazard exfoliation grater. She even cut my ANKLE and said sorry once. My left foot was stinging and burning the entire time. While this is happening the other lady decides she actually does want to make money so she's like, I won't do dip but I'll put color acrylic on then polish. DUMB. But I say okay because I'm already halfway through the pedicure. It's not bad but my biggest gripe was that it really wasn't what I asked for and cost 75 DOLLARS for 10 fingers AND she took 3 hours to do it. Not kidding. I arrived at 230 and didn't leave until quarter to SIX. And I was thoroughly embarrassed because I had an esthetician appointment at 430 that I had to move twice so she was stuck waiting for me all day. Seriously. Every time I would call and ask for more time the lady would be like "yeah idk if I'll be done by then you should move it further", no attempt to just... Work quickly? I eventually had to cut it short the minute things were dry because I was sick of sitting in the chair and how many times after polishing do you need to file??? Total cost 140 dollars and a headache. Would not recommend. Pictures included with review!
