I've had some truly awful experiences in Great Clips across the state and my first time here was nothing to write home about. My second time I got Ashlee, and now no one else is allowed to touch my hair. She's a godsend. Be clear about what you're looking for and she'll be honest about her ability to deliver. I do end up waiting for a while, but as long as it's Ashlee, I'll take a book and wait as long as I have to!

I checked in online and was able to continue working until my arrival time. I recognized several stylists who had been there at least a year. All the patrons waiting hadn't checked in, so I was taken in when I arrived. I got my usual high and tight with scissored top and was on my way in fifteen minutes. Another win.

UPDATE: I went to see Heather at the northwest Washington location and she gave me EXACTLY what I was hoping for! she even left it a bit longer on the sides and back and not to the skin like the photo below. HEATHER YOU ROCK! Thanks again sug. EDIT: I didn't get the stylist's name, she is the skinny one with long blue hair with deep brown roots. instead of saying she didn't feel confident enough to give me a fohawk which is what I described to her, she said I described a bunch of red flags about my mental health. My head is shaved on one side and pomp on the other and that's how I usually get it done when I come in.My last appointment was in January and my hair has grown...read full review
