Though the owner is knowledgeable, good luck getting hold of her when you have questions, or need urgent assistance. She will take all your tax documentation, not start them, file an extension without your knowledge and after all the inconveniences, she’ll still charge you full price for services.Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else.
