I can't say enough good things about this place! Dr. Baum, the staff, and lab tech guy...all professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. Dr. Baum is patient and thorough. Cheryl even came out to see my puppy and showed me some grooming techniques. We drive 45 mins and it's worth it!
The best, most welcoming experience we could imagine. What's truly most meaningful is how the entire staff makes an effort to know us by name, humans and pets alike. If one of us is not there, they always make sure to ask about how we are. We thank Dr. Baum, Clint, Jillian, and all of the Dixie Animal Clinic for their help. We can't imagine trusting the care of our pets to anyone else.
Dr. Baum is a wonderful vet & breeder of Shelties. My Sheltie became ill while we were visiting my daughter in Cincinnati & I contacted him & he scheduled me for the next day. His exams are always thorough & his explanations are clear. He has always been there for us in the 21 years that I’ve known him.
