About Butler County Memorial Park
Butler County Memorial Park is recognized for its courteous and empathetic staff who provide valuable support during difficult times. Many families express gratitude for the staff's helpfulness, especially when dealing with loss. One reviewer highlighted the quick assistance received in replacing a vase, showing the staff’s commitment to honoring loved ones. However, some visitors have faced challenges, such as delays in marker installations and issues with communication from the office. A particular staff member, Tammy, received praise for her honesty and dedication in resolving these concerns. The park itself is described as peaceful and visually appealing, though some visitors have noted that the roads could use significant improvement, likening them to a moon landscape. Overall, Butler County Memorial Park is appreciated for its compassionate service amidst some operational difficulties.
I paid off my father’s headstone. They said it would take a few months to get put down due to being winter, last year. It’s a year later and still not down. I called and talked to a man in the office who promised a call back by that afternoon, over a week ago. Still no call back !! Definitely would not recommend.
My mother has a spot for her ashes in the mausoleum on the hill..... Admittedly I have not visited since her ashes were placed inside. I went today and noticed that her death date is off by one day. I know it's minute, but considering the amount of money it cost, I do find this extremely unacceptable... Can we possibly come up with a resolution to this issue?
I've emailed two people and have yet to get a response.
Terrible office personell(except mr.cox) no follow thru, don't return phone calls. My husband was buried in June 2024 in Veterans section and still no headstone. ( it now Oct 14 2025) I had to go to VA myself to get the ball rolling. DO NOT BURY A LOVED ONE THERE!!!
