Todd did and amazingly thorough job for multiplier possible homes during my search. He would make himself available within hours sometimes. The most responsive of any company I have worked with. Next time I’m searching for a home I know who I will be using as my inspector.

We had a quick close on our place and needed an inspector ASAP! I reached out to Todd and he came out the next day. Todd was excellent. He answered any questions we had as he went through the inspection. His inspection report was easy to follow and super thorough. After the inspection Todd was available to help answer any additional questions I had. 10/10 would recommend.

Todd was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly. We had a quick turnaround time with our inspection, and he was able to make sure we hit our deadline. He even went out of his way to make sure we were paying the best price. Could not recommend him enough, especially for first-time buyers!
