I brought in my laptop for assistance earlier today. I have been locked out from the home log in screen despite many efforts by pretty tech savvy family members to resolve the problem. Cristian assisted me in addressing the problem. He was patient and knowledgeable. In a relatively short period of time he had it fully resolved and operational again. I have had previous good experiences at this location as well. It’s a wonderful resource. So glad they are here in Grove City!!

Great, professional service repairing my charger module on my IPAD. Thanks.
Great experience in the GROVE CITY store today with CHANO. Top notch customer service. No pressure, just straightforward information. Got an upgraded iPad, loaded all my stuff, wiped my old iPad clean and traded it in. Less than 45 minutes out the door. The thought of going to an Apple Store makes me ill. This was such a pleasant experience, and in Grove City! Win, Win!
