It was my first visit, and the atmosphere had a super welcoming vibe! Carol did a fantastic job, was easy to talk to, and was able to work with me to get to what I wanted. My cut turned out great, and I’m so glad I made the decision to go. The hot towel and massage chair were a great bonus!
If I was rating them off Carol my stylist they would have 5 stars. She is amazing and always makes sure I as am happy with how I look and feel before I head out. 4 stars because they seem to have staffing issues and don't always adhere to their posted schedule.
I enjoyed my visit very much. The MVP experience is to die for. Everyone was very nice to me and we had interesting and fun conversations. I was very happy with my results and the price. Shout out to Lexi for the awesome haircut.
