Yesterday, I went into this particular Ulta Beauty in Grove City and let me tell you, I could not be more pleased with my visit. I couldn't be more satisfied in any way and on top of that, I left feeling hopeful because of Bogart.
The last time I went to Ulta, it was the one in Hilliard, and they treated me and looked at like dirt. I asked for help and the woman begrudgingly gave it. Nope. Not going back there!
Here's the thing- I am a middle aged woman with a tyroid issue that causes me to have hyperhidrosis. I am also a victim of DV and have PTSD so I can be socially awkward but im always polite but still...some people are ugly inside. There are so many worse things in this world and people are going through much worse but this is my own personal hell. I get stared at, laughed at and I just don't go out in public anymore except to work. I made a decision years ago to just shop online but today, even though I was having an attack, I went in there with my birthday gift card and I'm so glad I did. Board came right up and helped me, color matched me and made me feel welcome and honestly- cared for. Yes, that is their job but not everyone is doing their job. Not everyone treats others with kindness and care.
I just want to thank you, Bogart, for not only giving me the best shopping experience I've had in a decade but the most wholesome, fun and friendly as well. Take care and ill be back ?“
