Great communication, fast service, professional and very nice team came to our house and took care of our two wood burning stoves. Did routine cleaning and also made some recommendations for future services. Cleaned up everything, arrived on time, called in advance. Highly recommend!

Pro Sweep initially came out for a routine cleaning. They were thorough and ran a camera up to double check for any issues. We’re thankful that they did since there was a lot of residue build up and eventually found that the chimney needed to be re-lined. Jake was super friendly, attentive, and explained everything that they did. They completed some additional repairs for free as well since we engaged them for such a big job. Thank you for all the good work!

Have used Pro Sweep for the past couple years to clean 2 fireplaces & a woodstove. This year we had Jake. Very friendly guy, who explained in detail some issues we were having, took pics of inside of stove. He came back with Cody to repair. Appreciate the great customer service, quick call backs, the calls when they were on way, & keeping us informed of everything going on & what they were doing. Have recommended them to several people & will continue to use them.
