Nature stone turned out to be a beautiful floor covering for our garage. We were able to select specific color from some optional choices which matched our house. Installation took only one day. We also had stairs going into mudroom from the garage covered with nature stone. That made everything look the same
I had a Nature Stone (NS) floor put into my laundry room. The floor came out very nice so they can get a recommendation. However, I'm not totally pleased because they left me hanging by not putting my washer, dryer, and sink back into the laundry room after the job was complete. Verbally, my salesman (Josh Rees) explained to me that while it was on me to disconnect the appliances, NS would reconnect everything back afterwards. So I never thought about it again. When I got the contract, I believe I read it through, but somehow I missed where he snuck in that the moving of the appliances was only "one way" and it was all on me. Even if it was an extra charge to put my appliances back, at least give me the opportunity to say "no" to paying that cost; but instead, he verbally told me one thing and then typed up whatever he wanted into the contract. I was never even given the option. And this made my experience not so great. FYI - I ended up having to pay a handyman to come and move my items back into the laundry room and reconnect everything.
I like the product and am attempting to post a review. Seems this isn't the place to do it.
