I've been seeing Dr Horn since I was a kid (25 now) and usually hate going to any kind of appts but this office has always made me feel super comfortable and I never dread coming here. Dr Horn is the best doctor and I very much appreciate him and a his assistants/nurses!
Nice facility, but rude over the phone about rescheduling. Left my previous visit and followed up with the desk on the way out to preschedule, should of confirmed the time since a few days before my upcoming appointment I get a notification that my appointment is hours earlier than I ever schedule anything for myself. Usually no issues but spoke with a lady over the phone just for her to say “should have confirmed the time on the machine it’s as simple as that”. Left it at that and hung up, extremely rude way to respond when someone goes out of their way to your location.
What a great appointment!!! Dr Stiegler and her team took great care of me today!!! I got a lab done today, on the spot, that my prior Primary wasn’t able to get set up for numerous months. She took care of things quickly without delay. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!!
