My mother-in-law was in and out of Meadow Grove quite a bit over the past several months before she passed a week ago. At first, we were a little wary of the care, but communication solved everything. I wonder if that is where some of the negative reviews come from because it really surprises me after our experience.
My husband spent a lot of time there, and we both saw the staff in action, and we cannot say enough good things about the staff and the care provided, not just with my mother-in-law, but with other residents, they were always attentive, caring and helpful. My Mother has been at Meadow Grove since May 2024. I feel the staff are very helpful and friendly.
They keep all the residents and family members informed about medical updates, activities and events on a regular basis.
They are a few times they may be understaffed, but there is always someone to assist us, even from other nurses stations and or other departments.
I would highly recommend Meadow Grove for your loved ones.
