I went to Heaton Family Chiropractic with a handful of issues. The staff is fabulous and Dr. Heaton worked diligently evaluate my problems and find the best treatment. I have been adjusted, received a deep tissue massage and worked with a physical therapist who provided stretching and strengthening exercises for my problem areas. Top notch!

Entryu staff are always nice, and are very pleasant people, and great to deal with.Appointments are normally on time. Dr Heaton asks, and listens to what is going on with you.Exit staff are also pleasant, and great to work with when setting up follow up appointments...if needed.My only complaints:1 Needs the tilting tables, to allow you to get on while standing2 seperate, lower wider table for doing lower back 'twist' adjustment would be nice3 Would be nice to have to have a 'Tens' combo with roller table to loosen up the muscles prior to adjustment. A former (now retired) doc had this, and it made a big difference in getting things better.In spite of my 'complaints'...read full review

My first experience (today) was a very positive one! The office is clean, cheery, and very welcoming each staff member I saw was friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Heaton was comprehensive in his initial evaluation, communicated very clearly, and had an engaging manner. The entire experience was positive.
