This studio is great. The coaches do a great job of explaining the workouts in each class. They honestly care about each person that comes into the studio and they encourage you to be the best version on yourself each day.
What a great addition to our downtown area! The little gym, with the entrance next to Lily’s Kitchen, has a perfect size dance floor to host the high energy classes that only Zumba Blondie and Brownie can provide. They create such a positive environment that’s perfect for all fitness levels. Have your kids in tow? Bring them! They have a large waiting area equipped with Netflix and a large comfy couch to help pass the time in addition to a toy area. Do yourself a favor and check out Mike Nicholson’s hip hop class on alternating Mondays, it will be your new addiction. They offer a nice mixture of cardio and strength training classes.
