Burke Flooring LLC, located in Grove City, OH, is a family owned business with great people. Customers went in one day and got ideas for carpet and vinyl flooring. The people met in the store are also the same people who come to the house to measure and install. The team wanted what worked best for each customer and put zero pressure to make a purchase. They have different options of flooring for all budgets and did not try to up-sell. They were even willing to split removal and installation on different days. The team arrived promptly and took time to measure and fit the LVP flooring perfectly, ensuring no gaps or uneven edges. They worked efficiently without cutting corners, making sure the final installation looked smooth and durable at a fair price. The carpet installation was amazing. The team gave all the options and recommendations and feedback of each route honestly. Even with a slight mix up they made it right, RIGHT AWAY. Customers trusted them every step of the way. They have installed carpet into numerous homes and are always the best with great communication, always prompt and reasonably priced. The install was done in half the time allotted and they took great care to treat the house as they would theirs. Highly recommend!
So glad we used Burke Flooring! Great people and a family owned business. We went in one day and got ideas for carpet and vinyl flooring then went home to make final choices. When you visit the store, the people you meet and work with are also some of the same people who come to your house to measure and install your flooring. Getting flooring installed can be a challenging experience but the Burke team wanted what worked best for us. We were worried about the sub floor condition after years of rescue and foster animals, and they were even willing to be beyond accommodating and split removal and installation on different days if we wanted them to! I went into the shop with a few pictures of what I was thinking and was immediately directed to a few samples that were exactly what I envisioned. Took them home, had Jim come out that afternoon to give me an estimate; very reasonable price. Carpet took about a week to get in stock and then was installed within 48 hours. Installation went smooth and carpet looks great. Highly recommend Burke!
