Customer service was great! The Quality and fast service was exceptional! Free shipping also. They made, shipped and delivered under two weeks....during Thanksgiving holidays. I live in Mississippi and Legacy is in Ohio
Great customer service! We purchased a pet memorial stone here that was beautiful and custom designed. Two years later, it needed remounted, which was really a cemetery issue, but everyone at Lasting Legacy stepped up and made the repair the same day and without hesitation. So appreciate that their customer service and kindness extends beyond the sale! Would highly recommend doing business with them!
They were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They assisted in every step of the process to help in designing the perfect monument. They listened to all my request and thoughts and made sure I was happy every step of the way. They are very patient and understanding and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the monument. Definitely an asset to Darke County. I couldn’t be happier with the monument or the experience in working with such a top notch group.
