“My youngest son and I had our first appointment here. The staff are so helpful and polite. There is one associate at the front desk that comes off as a litte rude. But I think her intentions are just to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. Because everything she says to you, is extremely rushed! Almost talks over you, and she was just the same on the phone. She isnt mean though, lol she just speaks very fast! The sound lady that did our eye exams and helped us pick put our glasses was definitely my favorite! I cant remember her name, but she was the sweetest!“
