“I have been here many, many times. My dogs enjoy being here and are excited when we arrive. The staff is accommodating when I ask to prepay or I forget medicine and someone else drops it off. I have multiple dogs some are no longer with us and will continue to use Big Woods Kennels for all my future dogs.“

I was told to contact another place that does cats and was turned away as my cat had never been groomed and they basically weren’t willing to take it on. My groomer, I wish I got her name, was very understanding, non judgmental, and kept in great communication with me throughout the grooming session. Prices were also lower than expected.
