I have been here many, many times. My dogs enjoy being here and are excited when we arrive. The staff is accommodating when I ask to prepay or I forget medicine and someone else drops it off. I have multiple dogs some are no longer with us and will continue to use Big Woods Kennels for all my future dogs.

I'm so happy with their service. I was without heat for 2 days because my furnace blower motor died during a very cold spell, below zero, December 2022. Matt came out and replaced the motor on Christmas Eve. The best Christmas present I ever received. Six other repairman never called back.
