Me and my daughter see Dr. Johnson. She is always very attentive to detail and has been very helpful getting me the care I need even when it is with a specialist. She always makes times to hear my concerns and our visits are always very reassuring!
I’m a patient of Dr. Mao and my son is also a patient at this practice. Out of all the hospitals I’ve been OSU is top! Her nurses are so kind and I am thankful and do appreciate them and all the staff here!
This was an absolutely fantastic experience as a new patient. Everyone I interacted with (reception, nursing) was kind and efficient. I was seeing Dr. Mao as a new patient, and it was the best doctor's appointment I've ever had! She was prompt, extremely thorough - didn't miss a thing, communicative, friendly, and discussed questions I had by bringing up all the latest literature (I'm a physician, but not in internal medicine, so I know just enough to know how much more she knows than I could from an internet search). It was a very collaborative visit and I feel so lucky I have her as my primary care physician now.
