Working on the gravel base for a storage barn, I called Osborne Concrete & Stone on Williams Street in Grand River. I didn’t know where the were, plus I was having a really bad day, and I was guided to the Weigh House by a very patient and considerate Rep. They guided me through the process of weighing, where to go, and what to do after loading. I’m hauling with a small trailer because of where the gravel has to go, so I made several many trips. Each time it went like clockwork. No waiting for help, very short wait time for loader operator, quick, courteous, and professional to a tee. We ordered concrete from this branch of Osbourne 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The service was outstanding! Concrete was good quality, and they were ON TIME! Rob, Adam, and Todd were all good helpful drivers. - ErnnieG, Ltd.
I just wanted to say Thank you to Osborne concrete, We had A small communication delivery Issue but Ed from Osborne made it right with us. The 57 fines that we got from them was the best we've seen yet. We called and placed our order on Friday they brought it Monday morning as they said they would very prompt.
