We "cold called" Watkins Heating & Cooling when our AC went out Saturday during this crazy heat wave. Even though they were booked solid, when a call took less time than anticipated, they were able to squeeze us in on Sunday evening. The technician was amazing (shout out to Tony!) and able to resolve the issue with our very unique unit. We will DEFINITELY utilize Watkins in the future for our heating and cooling needs. Thank you!
Anthony was prompt and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our a/c problem quickly and checked our system thoroughly to ensure it was running correctly. He was polite and left our space exactly as he found it. We would definitely recommend Watkins to anyone!
