Stephen was great! He honestly told me that I should not move my shower to an outside wall. He instead showed me how he can fix the problem by covering the entire wall that is currently getting wet with every shower. This saved at least $1000 off the total cost. He was also very patient with me as I figured out whether to proceed. Thank you!

My wife and I are getting along in years and decided we needed a walk in shower in our main bathroom to replace our old built in cast iron tub and shower combination. After reviewing several options we decided to work with Bath R Us. Eric, our salesperson, was very professional and thorough. He explained our options, and the variety and quality of the products were among the best we had seen. He also explained how the tear out and rebuild would be done and gave us a fairly accurate time frame from when they could start and how long the install would take. Stephen came to our house this evening and spent the time needed to insure we were comfortable in our decisions and was quite personable and a pleasure to deal with. We felt that he was honest, straightfoward and quite knowledgeable. Stephen was an excellent representitive for his company.
