Everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable, professional, and talented. They are very passionate about everything they do and create amazing works of art that you get to wear forever. The atmosphere of the shop is very welcoming and it is very much a safe space for everyone. We have even taken our kids to get their ears pierced, the appointments for our kids were very pleasant, they were thorough with infection control, and maintaining a clean environment.
