I honestly can’t say enough good things about Steel Valley Spay and Neuter. Taking your pet in for surgery is always a little nerve-wracking, but Heather is a total lifesaver.
She seriously goes above and beyond—she treats you like family from the second you walk in and handles your fur baby like they’re her own. It’s so rare to find someone who actually takes the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for.
I just had my 27 month English Mastiff spayed. I HIGHLY Recommend Steel Valley! The prices were reasonable, & the staff was phenomenal! They made sure that I understood everything and that my dog and I were both comfortable regarding her procedure; they were also very accommodating!
I went in, in November originally, and they suggested that I reschedule for the safety of my dog bc she was still swollen from her heat cycle. I love that we weren't just a cash cow for them!
They even called the next day to see how we were doing. The staff truly cares & my heart greatly appreciates them for that!

They went the extra mile to ensure that my puppy was taken care of, despite my financial circumstances so that he was ensured to have his health ensured....
