“SERVPRO Team Dobson was called in for a backup situation in my basement. Every team member I encountered was very polite and professional, but Don was exceptional. I had called SERVPRO back for some issues that had been missed, and they were print in sending Don to take care of them. I felt comfortable knowing the basement was clean and safe with the extra cleanup and disinfecting that he did. And he cleaned up the mess! Don deserves five stars!“
