The woman who gave me the medusa piercing was so friendly and knowledgeable. she gave me advice on my other piercings I've been having issues with in the past, and was able to recommend quite a few good products for my new piercing. I didn't have a babysitter, and she was very gracious to allow me to bring my daughter with me. she was so patient and kind, it put my girl at ease within minutes. the whole experience was awesome and polite, and I will definitely be going back next time. 10/10 would recommend. :)
