This is NOT your average or typical detail shop where someone with a polisher and some turtle wax does their best.This shop/guy is trained and certified in chemicals and procedures that other shops in the area are not.An attention to detail and perfection with a dose of pride is what allows for repeat customers trusting their 100k toys to John.He's not cheap, but when you bring your swirled and damaged wax job to him to correct, you'll know why.Highly recommended.

John does incredible work! I know not everyone is familiar with the unique circumstances I put my Jeep in, but I brought my Jeep to him with pretty severe trail rash (scratches all down the side from trees) after a 3300 mile off-roading trip I did. My jaw about hit the floor when he opened the garage door upon pickup time. It looked better than the day it rolled off the showroom floor. I couldn’t believe it. Thank you, John! This was my first time using Shine By Design, but you can bet I will be returning! As an added bonus, John played into the Jeep culture and ducked me (Wrangler owners leave rubber ducks on each other’s Jeeps). John had forgot that I wanted the inside detailed as well, and he went above and beyond to correct this. Not only did he do it the next day for me, but he picked my Jeep up from my house and dropped it off afterwards, left a gift bag full of cleaners on the passenger seat, and the rubber duck. If your car needs some TLC, there is no one better to take it to, plain and simple.
