So grateful to practice with Marque for a single session as we passed through on a long road trip. I’m just beginning to learn Ashtanga, I have a basic understanding of the poses but don’t know the sequence nor Sanskrit or vinyasa/breath. I was nervous about my first mysore but Marque was so welcoming, perceptive, and helpful that my nerves quickly gave way to focused practice with crazy insightful adjustments. With his insights, clearly backed by mindful awareness and a strong anatomical knowledge, I was able to take notes from that one practice with me to significantly adjust some bad habits I was forming within my practice. I'm very glad to know classes are still avaible. I will certainly be singing back up. The instructors are very helpful to help one achieve there goals.Very very professional excellent workputs..
