Flow is a great studio, with several different class and time options each day. The owners, Kevin and Shannon, are friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Highly recommend!

By far, my favorite yoga studio in Cleveland! I love how they offer a variety of classes, from hot power to relaxing restorative; always something for how I’m feeling. All the instructors are so welcoming and helpful during class. The environment in the studio is very optimistic, uplifting, and meditative. Thank you flow!

A cozy and challenging studio with a chill vibe. I took several classes when I was visiting nearby, and it was incredibly welcoming. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.
