For the estimate, they came out and spent a decent amount of time inspecting the situation and discussing it including video and plenty of shots of the interior and exterior. Pricing and approach was thoroughly discussed.

Derrick was just awesome! He was very polite to me and got right to work. While he was working, a pretty good rain shower broke out. He kept on working until the rain started falling hard. He came to the porch, soaking wet, to tell me he had to wait until the rain stopped. I gave him a towel to dry off a bit and invited him in. After about 10-15 minutes, Derrick got right back to work and finished up. The entire process was easy and I will definitely choose Pally Roofing for any future skylight project.
