Own my own business and my laptop wouldn't charge so naturally I bought a new charger thinking it may have stopped working. It did not fix it. Took my laptop to Weldon PC for them to diagnose and make repairs. Not only were they responsive to my needs, they took the laptop, diagnosed within a day, ordered the part to make repairs, got it back together and let me know it was ready just a couple days later. Great customer service and they know what they are doing. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
The team was EXTREMELY helpful! I lost some PC case screws during a move and they were happy to help me find what I needed to put my machine back together. I would trust them in a heartbeat
I dread having computer issues. Who to trust? When you do find someone with the right balance of skillset and integrity it gives you great comfort and confidence.
