It is so tough, when seeking out care for your loved one when they can no longer care for themselves. This company sent someone who could care less about providing, just standard of care and concern to our loved one. No one, whether old or disabled, should ever be subjected to an individual that SHOULD provide a "standard of care," allow them to go hungry or thirsty for hours. For the owner to not feel any remorse for the individuals her company employs is shameful. There are great nursing assistants out there, choose wisely.

Neglect! If there were an icon for negative stars I would hit it multiple times. My family member is non-verbal yet can understand words that are spoken to her. This company sent an incompetent and neglectful person to care for my family member. Instead of caring for my non-verbal family member they decided to not feed as well as not properly hydrate her. If you truly love your family members PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO RENDER CARE!!!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would've. One of nursing staff DID NOT feed my relative on their ENTIRE SHIFT. My family member is NON VERBAL.. I am absolutely disgusted!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
