We needed to replace our old water heater because it started leaking and wasn’t heating properly. Brian from Edward & Sons Plumbing recommended switching to a tankless water heater, which is supposed to last much longer than the regular kind. This upgrade also fixed two problems we were having: not having enough hot water and waiting too long for it to reach different parts of the house. I called for a plumber in Garfield Heights to help with a leaky toilet and asked if someone could come by after 4:30. They were really understanding about my schedule and made it work. Brian showed up right on time, figured out the problem fast, and got it fixed quickly. He even replaced a stuck water valve while he was here. Brian wore shoe covers inside and took the time to explain what he was doing every step of the way. This is the second time I've used their plumbing services and I'm very happy with the results. I will definitely reach out to them again when I need a plumber.
after trying to reach out to a couple of other plumbing companies without any luck, i spotted a plumbing truck nearby and decided to give them a call. i was pleasantly surprised to get straight through to a real person, not a voicemail, and they sent brian over to give me a free estimate just a few hours later. the following day, brian even called to ask if they could come earlier than planned, which really worked out for me. they finished replacing my attic hot water heater right on schedule, and everything was done in a professional and tidy manner. i’m very happy with the work and will definitely call them for any plumbing needs in the future. highly recommend!
