I am an 82 year old and last week one of the hottest weeks we have had my AC went out. I contacted Cosby air and they came out on Monday and tested for $255 to see where the coolant was leaking. Young fellow said it couldn’t be repaired but they would call me to see if that part was registered. NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION has happened all week! So on Tuesday I called Alan comfort control, got quick response and today I got a new AC FOR A VERY reasonable price. The young men were very conscientious and polite. Cleaned up everything and I am now COOLER and much happier. I would recommend Alan for service anytime. They were prompt, well priced and efficient.
Alan and his crew have been faced with unusual challenges with some of the equipment for our installation being damaged in shipment costing them additional time and large unit replacement. They have been candid and professional throughout the entire process. Their communication and work ethic has been outstanding throughout.
