I want to give a shout out to Rick. I did not use his services, but he was super helpful over the phone listening to our issue, and pointing us in the right direction. He saved me from getting scammed by Roto-Rooter. My issue ended up being a city problem, not a broken pipe. That was determined by Chuck "the best in the city", DrainMaster, Rick's referral. I am super grateful and appreciative. I was also able to save a ton of money. I will keep Rick on file for any future projects.

Rick and his son worked hard over the Thanksgiving weekend to get our system back up and working properly. It was an emergency call and I was afraid it was going to be a couple of days before we were taken care of but it was less than 24 hours from the time of our call to a resolution.
