James is an expert in the power washing business. He is a one man show so you know the work will be done right and with efficiency. He responds quickly and is flexible with his schedule. I got my parents 15+ year old patio and sidewalk done and it looks brand new! He also did a 40+ year old brick wall and the difference is amazing! James is a real professional when it comes to Washing Houses. We scheduled this a week or so ago, and he was at my home a couple of minutes before the scheduled time of 10:00AM. This was the first time I had used this service or any of its kind. We had a problem with mold and mildew on one wall of the house, so my wife and I wanted to see what he could do with that. And after seeing that complete we asked him to do the whole house because we were so pleased with the results. After the house was complete, we asked if he could do the patio and deck.
