This place is amazing! When no other vet in the surrounding couties would see my dog emergently,I showed up at Riverbend and they didn't question getting her in. Even though the outcome wasn't what I wanted, I feel these people did thier ABSOLUTE best.I will forever be appreciative!
My experience with Riverbend Animal Clinic was exceptional during a very stressful time. We had a pet emergency with our French bulldog, Ziggy and they were able to work us in at the last minute. The receptionist was so kind on the phone and understood that it was an urgency and was able to book us in someday. The Dr. was amazing—they were attentive, patient…Thanks to their quick reaction to try to do all they could to help our sweet boy. Unfortunately Ziggy is now passed on…The level of care and compassion we received went above and beyond. Nurse Carly was beyond helpful, caring ,Kind patient and treated us like family! She allowed us to take all the time we needed… read full review
While driving thru the area recently I had an emergency with my 23 yr old poodle. I called and they saw me immediately. It was an awful situation but they were kind, considerate, and helped me during this stressful time. Wonderful people.
