My experience with Riverbend Animal Clinic was exceptional during a very stressful time. We had a pet emergency with our French bulldog, Ziggy and they were able to work us in at the last minute. The receptionist was so kind on the phone and understood that it was an urgency and was able to book us in someday. The Dr. was amazing—they were attentive, patient…Thanks to their quick reaction to try to do all they could to help our sweet boy. While driving thru the area recently I had an emergency with my 23 yr old poodle. I called and they saw me immediately. It was an awful situation but they were kind, considerate, and helped me during this stressful time. Wonderful people.
I have 5 siberian huskies ,2 of which have seizures . One is due to epilepsy , one due to glacoma. I had previously took momo(glacoma) to a different vet that said no hes fine it's allergies ...allergies come on now , charged me 187$ and that was it . I recently went here to Riverbend and let me just say A1+++ service the front desk friendly and helpful , they have an on site groomer , and the vet was seeing loki(epileptic) she got him on the right med bc it's working so far and looked at pics I had taken of momos eye which u can clearly see there's an issue .
